Girl Takes Her Dying Dog On One Last Car Ride, Dog’s Face Makes Family Tear Up

The Libra Pitbull mix was just a puppy when she was brought to Kramer’s house. The adorable pup soon formed a valuable bond with daughter April, who was only 8 at the time.
Libra also became best friends with her adorable kitten brother Maxwell over the years.
Over time, April grew up and Libra became her reliable source of support. But after 15 years of happiness by her sister’s side, the Libra senior’s health started to spiral out of control. Her troubles started with some violent seizures, which then led to the discovery of a cancerous lung tumor. After several veterinary visits, the verdict was loud and clear - Libra was in so much pain that there was not much time left.
For the Kramers, Libra is nothing but a good girl, and they don’t want her to suffer for too long. With the sick dog’s bladder rapidly failing and causing her excruciating pain, the family decided to face the inevitable.However, the last thing April wants to do for Libra is to thank her for her unconditional and eternal love.
Libras have always been fans of cars. So on her last drive to the vet, April decided to roll down the window and let Libra cherish her favorite experience. For the next 30 minutes, the sick dog felt the breeze, looked calm, closed his eyes for the last time and cherished the past scenery.
Libra has now crossed the rainbow bridge, her spirit is free of any pain and fear. Sad April shares emotional images of Libra’s last ride in honor of her best childhood buddy’s legacy. It is truly beautiful and heartbreaking at the same time. Rest in peace, sweet girl.
