Residents rescued him and decided to care for him until the Front Street Animal Shelter’s Public Information Coordinator heard his story and took him in.

Piglet, the dog, was initially disconnected and sad at his foster mom’s house, but as he gained trust in his fosterer, his personality began to shine.
